At this moment I’m working on several new tracks. I really feel these tracks need another identity, since the style differ a lot from the Ancronix and Unusual Incident style. As I can’t find the energy/time to focus on the Ancronix and Unusual Incident style/genre anymore, I’ve decided to put both on hold!
Nothing more, nothing less ;)

Freelease 003

Very busy with nothing but I managed to dig up two old tracks from 2003 for the third Freelease, namely: Shake Off and Placement Over Power both by Ancronix.

It’s goody time.
After several requests I decided to digitally release most unreleased tracks that didn’t made it to vinyl or any other sound carrier for various reasons. The tracks can vary from style and age. So from now you can find some rare and exclusive digital releases (freeleases) in the download section of this site. Every freelease will contain two full-length tracks in high quality 192kbps mp3 format. A freelease will be up for a limited amount of time, so be sure to check back once in a while if you want to collect them.

Since this is the first freelease I decided to release freelease 001 and freelease 002 together.
Freelease 001 contains two Ancronix tracks from 2002, namely “Snackpack” and “Booty”. Freelease 002 contains two Unusual Incident tracks from 2003. The many requested “Engage @ will” and “Stunner”. Get them here.

Hopping clods & saving valves.
Protocast #7 arrived! And holy mother of Dog, it's nasty. The A side is stashed with some serious hammering and over the edge trashers by an Unknown Source or Source Unknown if you like. On the flip Ancronix represents the moody and pumping grooves with two tracks. The first one "Valvation" is a warm, round & thumping track with a steady groove but nifty cuts & edits. The second one "Clodhopper" does what clodhoppers do. Being linear, rude and indolent. But like every clodhopper there's more underneath.... if you are willing to see it ;)
Next to the audio there is more...namely, a brand new Protocast label design!! * kitjing*

A vintage, non musical, protein contribution.
For the 5th anniversary of Enzyme the label released a limited 12" picture disc (Enzyme 25) starring the heavyweights of the label. They asked Ancronix to do a vintage style design with a funky flavour. Esteemed by the offer, Ancronix created a classic, groovy design for this powerful slice of plastic.
If you like hardcore you should definitely check this heavyweight 12" out. If you like double sided, round, plastic, posters with a pre drilled, wall mounting hole in them, you should definitely check it out too. This looks damn' funky on every wall. Or as a clock ;)

Finally, her royal hardness arrived.
It did take some time and wasted a bunch of plastic, but finally she's there, Protocast number 6. And it was worth it. 4 firecrackers on a shiny white plate. Featuring Yamas, Riotbot, Source Unknown and Ancronix. Next to the other Proto-quality stuff, Ancronix delivers a piece of fireworks that definitely urge you and your friends, to shake that Hard Techno bum. The title of this track referrers to the migration from my old home/studio to my new home/studio. Shifting Basics is the last track produced in my good old living room studio environment :(

Shut 'em. But hey, the fun is you never know exactly when to expect the expected, huh!! What you do know, is that the new Protocast #5 is available right now. On this twelver, some tight hammering by quite a wicked pack of producers. Namely: Ruffneck & Ophidian, Ancronix, DJ Mika and Spark Taberner & Oliver Clothesoff. Finally finished the play ground!
After 5 months of work in our new home I finally found some time to finish my studio. So after 5 inconvenient months without music I can start creating some tunage again.
